高校までは
勉強は好きではなく
出来が良い方とは言えない成績
その後自分で選んだ道の専門学校へ
人生で一番勉強し国家試験にも受かり
そこそこ良い成績で卒業
そして
最初の就職先で仕事をした時は
プライド高めで
希望を持って仕事をした
が
1日でプライドをへし折られる
社長に
「学生気分で
仕事をやってもらっちゃ困る
オレと夜明けの
コーヒーが飲みたいのか？」
と・・・
そう私は
めっちゃ仕事が遅かったのである
私「絶対、嫌です」 と即答
社長「だろ？
だったらちまちまやってないで
サッサと仕事片付けろ」
学校の教科書通りでは
仕事にならない事を身に染みた
社会に出ると厳しい事を学び
きちんとスピードアップも
教えてもらおうと思った
学生時代は成績が良かった
なんて事は
全く何の役にも立たず（実技系の仕事）
変なプライドはここで捨てた
そう
変なプライドはない方が
自分の為にも相手にとってもいい
ラクになれる
仕事の出来にプライドは持っていいが
仕事が出来るぜ自分
という過信しすぎの
プライドはホントに要らない
同業種で転職し
本当に出来る人であっても
能ある鷹は爪を隠（す）
しておいた方がいい
プライドが高いと
分からない事があっても
聞きづらくなるだろうし
教える立場も
そういう人は扱いづらくなる
のちに教える立場も経験するが
プライドを傷つけないようにと
余計な配慮をし
変な気を使わなくてはいけないので
面倒くさい
仕事を見て
お主なかなかやるなと
判断するのは周りの人なんだから
新人の頃と
転職した時からやった方がいい事
1.変なプライドは捨てる
2.質問したら
教えてくれる人には感謝の言葉を言おう
実は私 2も出来ていなかった
分からない事を聞くときに
教えてくれる人の
仕事手を止めているのに
分からない事は教えてくれてあたりまえ
と思っていて
しばらく出来ていなかった
ありがとうございます
の感謝の言葉は
忘れずに伝えよう
あともう一つ
教えてくれる人が年下で
女の人、男の人だからとか
関係なく
偏見をもたずに耳を傾けよう
